Helping Hands VNS (HHVNS) is a nonprofit organization working for social welfare and community support in Varanasi. We offer membership for individuals who wish to join our initiative, with a nominal, one-time, non-refundable fee of ₹100 for one year.

1. No Cancellation or Refund

• Once the membership fee of ₹100 is paid, it is considered final and non-refundable under all circumstances.
• No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained, regardless of:
  • User withdrawal
  • Accidental/double payment (unless validated by admin)

2. Member Responsibility

• It is the member’s responsibility to read and understand all rules and regulations before making payment.

• By making the payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all membership conditions.

3. Duplicate Payments

• In rare cases of accidental double payment, you may email us with proof of transaction for review.
• HHVNS may issue a refund for verified duplicate payments at its sole discretion.

4. Payment Gateway

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• We are not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to third-party issues.
